I feel the same way so I tried something the other night for dinner and it was very tasty. I took the bag out of the freezer and put it in the frig to defrost a little and then when I was ready to cook I drained all the water of the bag and put the broccoli on a cookie sheet and I pout a little oil over it and salt and pepper and tossed to coat and then I sprinkled ALLOT of parm. cheese over the broccoli and baked in the over on 350 for 20 minutes it was yummy!!! Even the kids ate it because of the parm cheese on top.

Either just put it in the carbonara sauce...stir fry it with any other things you may have (i know you said no, but leeks, sprong onions, mushrooms...No? ok then)
cheesy broccoli. Do brocolli cheese rather than cauliflower cheese...
you could also do a broccoli gratin,
use brocolli (250g)
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp wholegrain mustard (you can improvise)
2 tbsp wholemeal breadcrumbs (you can make with flour and butter) (you dont have to use these)
salt and black pepper
break brocolli, cook in lightly salted boling water foir 8-10 mins, until tender. Drain well and transfer to a flameproof dish.
Mix yoghurt, grated cheese, mustard, season with pepper and spoon over broccoli.
sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and plcae under the grill until golden brown serve hot.

Roasted Broccolli
Preheat oven to 425'
Defrost, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Then spread out on a sheet pan and roast for 5-7 mins.
Totally healthy and delicious! The broccolli will get a little pit crisp on the florets.
You can do this with all sorts of veggies such as asparagus or cauliflower and even brussel sprouts. Some veggies do take longer to cook though.
