i am 9stone and im 12 i really want to get thin but when i do exersise it just isn't working out

At your age, the best thing is to simply eat healthy foods and get lots of physical activity. It doesn't have to be exercise, you could just ride your bikes with your friends, play sports at school, etc.

The best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat and excercise. Excercise alone isn't enough. What I mean by watching what you eat is portion control. Don't eat so much that you're stuffed. eat small meals more frequently it will actually boost your metabolism. try excercising for 20-30 minutes everyday. if you don't have time to do it all at once break it up and do 10 minutes here and there throughout the day. Whatever you do don't give up you can do it. remember not everyone is meant to be model thin, that's not reality. You say you are 9 stone but not how tall you are. that may not be that overweight. One of the most common problems when trying to loose weight is commitment. The changes will take time and it will be a few weeks before you satrt noticing a difference. Stay committed!

healthy diet n regular exercise
drink water before n after sleep
eat more veggies
get enough sleep
dont starve yourself
dont skip meals
love yourself n ur body

you should sign up with weight watchers. its a great diet, but u need discipline otherwise you'll end up eating all of your daily points before the day is over!!
