weight gainers eat high protien with carbohydrates and fat.
and while protien shakes if take alone it will lose weight and if taken with something will do opposite

Weight gainers will have more carbs and sugars for more calories. The protein shakes will have more protein, but usually still have alot of calories, so I would opt for the protein shakes and add some peanut butter if you like it.

Weight gainers comprise Carbs, Protein and fat in a ratio which will effect in weight benefit. Pretein shakes many times have greater concentration of protein with low carb content fabric with virtually no fat.

Protein shakes are protein...good for you...weight gainers are bad for you..just don't mess with the system that way. Just eat right!!!
