u can really make people like you. but just flirt and be yourself. i sure he will like you. u are a totally cool person so its bound to happen. ask him to hangout with you and go places together. if it was meant to be he will start to like you. just be friendly and nice in the texts be ur self

flirt with him like crazy and find out what he likes. be the everything that he wants in a girl. talk to his friends or something and become friends with him and get to know him find out what he likes to do and than decide if your reallllly do like him cause than if you are 100% sure that you like him than you should just go for itt<333

Be honest and talk to him about it, but you can't make someone like you. You need to be yourself and if it works out great and if it doesn't then it wasn't meant to be. Just talk to him and see how he feels.
