You should go to the doc just to be checked. I can tell you that I went through that at abou 15 years old - my hands shook all the time for about 6 months.

My mom took me to the dr. and they didn't find anything wrong. My doc at the time just said teenage bodies go through a lot of changes, and there can be odd physical side effects.

Best to be checked though - maybe they have something now to help with that.

not knowing how old you are... if teenager.. tell your parents your concerns and ask to see a doctor regarding. get evaluated at least. It could be nothing of real concern.. just worried over a test coming up.. or , your body is too cold.. but, then too
It could be diabetes, nerves, medications if on.. anything..
if adult.. same advise, minus asking your parents..
don't try to self diagnosis..not wise.. some people have minimized potentially serious problems and regretted.. we never know till we ask a doctor.. i'd rather pay a co-pay than coffin.
and, when my kids were concerned , that was enough for me to be.. they are important to me.. If a parent can't listen then, when?
