I've just deleted the quarantine log in Ad-Aware CE...but it still says the same amount of objects removed..?

I've just deleted the quarantine log in Ad-Aware CE...but it still says the same amount of objects removed..?

Has it removed them?
Is there anything I should do after a scan?
Some people have said to do a system refresh...not sure what this is and how to do it.
Any answers please thankyou.

ad-aware cleans it, make sure ad-aware does full system scan, download easy clearner to help clean unused files

When you clear the log all that does is clear it...nothing else. The scan itself (and what you do once its done) is what cleans them off of your computer. As for disk clean-up go to start > accessories > system tools > disk clean-up
