Ok, I'll give it a shot. Note that the local and state requirements will vary by jurisdiction and you didn't say where you were, so I used mine.

FBI - (assuming you mean special agent position) http://www.fbijobs.gov/111.asp

State trooper - http://www.nccrimecontrol.org/index2.cfm?a=000003,000014,000734,001258,000828

Local deputy - http://rtpnet.org/~wcso/employ.html

# LE officers - http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/lawenf.htm

Well with a dumb statement like 10+ to first answer, there is really no need to waste my time with all the correct answers.
Deputy Sheriff qualifications are somewhat more relaxed than city or state.
You will ususlly work alone and patrol large rual areas.
GED or better, some experience helpful but not required, pass written test, pass physc test, and physical.
Contact ant sheriff on being accepted, he will give you the qualifications for his particular department which will vary very little from other departments.
EX: LA COUNTY sheriffs department will be different from TURKEY POOT COUNTY in Oklahoma.
Good luck

In L.A., the requirements to get hired at the Sheriff's Dept and police are the same. FBI is the same, except in addition you must have a 4 year college degree.

-at least age of 21 when starting the academy
-free of felony convictions
-pass written and oral test
-pass physical examination, varies on departments but usually includes a 1 mile run and max push-ups and sit-ups in 2 minutes.
-a psychological exam and pass polygraph exam, which takes about 2 hours and they might submit you 2-3 times.
-pass extensive background investigation and criminal check
-additional oral interviews
-pass final oral interview in front of a board, which usually consists of members of the department, officers from other departments, city council member, and a citizen.
-pass Sheriff's academy, usually 6-7 months.
-After graduating the academy, recruits are now sent to spend 2 years working the jails until they are able to become Deputies and work patrol/field.

well since you have tried many, other means try this...
Call the State police
Call the Sheriffs Department

Your best bet is to call each department you have mentioned and ask them to send you that information...State Police departments and Sheriff departments should not be that far away so you could probably stop by their office and pick it up..FBI might not be that far away either...depends on where you live...good luck
