My advise is stop scratching them, and get into see a dermatologist.. any bump that bleeds could lead / or indicate something serious. Better to be cautious, than create a worse problem..

You could try to gently exfoliate them with a little sugar and dove bar soap and then apply a thin layer of Benadryl cream or gel to stop the itching. If you think they might be hives, try taking a benadryl caplet at night and see if it is any better in the morning.

A doctor should do a skin scrapping very lightly hardly feel anything. That way he can tell if it is scabies or possible red bugs .

a doctor would probably prescribe a steroid ointment. but you need to see a dermatologist!
