their bible says in that psalm 14 1 that the fool says in his heart there is no god,

Saying that there is no God doesn't change the fact that God exists. Atheists don't believe that God exist because the existence of God isn't logical to them.
Obviously, God transcends your logic, and you cannot perceive Him.

My heart keeps my circulation in order. I say there is no god with my mouth and hands. The fool says with his mouth that the heart is capable of saying anything.
