None of the things you've mentioned give any glory to God. In fact, you didn't give Him any glory, either! If your gift was from the Holy Spirit, you would only be using it to exhault Him. So my answer is no, you are not a prophetess. It is possible that you have an evil spirit residing within you that enables you to do these things.
You also mentioned conducting a seance and speaking with a spirit. This is prohibited by Scripture. Speak with your pastor right away.
See Acts 16:16-18.

No. Assuming that these visions, etc. have been proven true, then clearly you ARE psychic, whether you like it or not. That certainly does not mean you dabble in witchcraft. Being psychic is an ability that many people have, but don't always know they have it, or know how to use it.
However, you say "I Seance a bad spirit I in a person would get sick." If that means what it sounds like it means, you are trying to use this ability to cause harm, which is clearly wrong, on many levels.

In the name of Allaah Most Benefit Most Merciful
All praise be to Allaah the Lord of all worlds
May Allaah's peace and blessing be upon His prophet, his family and companions
You're definitely not a prophetess.
The thing is probably about jinns, who can access many information, because they're physically much faster than the human.
And Allah knows best!
And all praise be to Allaah the Lord of all worlds
And may Allaah’s blessing be upon His prophet Muhammad, his family and companions

And here i go answering with a question (grimace)... but i hope this helps:
Does what you "prophecy" help bring others to faith... and do your "prophecies" have anything to do with anything other than meaningless every day things? (if you are talking of the prophecy as in the bible anyway)
with this is your answer. the "bible definition" (or whatever) of a prophet or prophetess is that their visions etc. show the glory of God and bring others to faith in Him.
some people are just clairvoiant... and that's all it is. myself and my sister have displayed a little of this, especially when we are together.. but i can sense a person's "aura" if you will, before i've even met them. i get feelings that bad..or good.. things are going to happen, and they do. i know when my sister is upset, and we are several states away, and don't talk much.. i have known who's ringing on the first telephone ring (w/o caller id) etc...
no one here can knowingly answer your question for truth or false.. you have to do that yourself, with lots of thought and prayer.
i hope this has helped

As a prophet, I would say yes: Just remember to always give God all of the glory.

Many people have these gifts. What is the matter with being psychic and why do you equate it with Witchcraft?
Call yourself whatever you are comfortable with. I have a friend who is Southern Baptist and she calls me as a "see er"

If you gotta ask, then probably not. God has a pretty good track record of informing his servants that they're about to be used in that capacity.

I can tell something that will happen before it happens too...
If someone who says they are a physic or such doesn't trust the Lord as Savior and repent of her sins ... she goes to hell.
