I'm sorry to say this but the only way to get really nice white teeth is to pay a good dentist.these over the counter products are good for new stains but not good enough for old stains.its got sumthin to do with peroxide or sumthin only the dentist uses the good whitening stuff and these over the counter products don't have the same strength.there is an inexpensive way that the dentist makes a mould of your teeth and you apply the gel over weeks etc,but id go 4 the laser whitening its seemingly the best method.

hi. which country r u from? im just asking coz in certain places or most places, its very expensive to go to a dentist. but here in india (im from kerala, india) its comparatively cheaper, coz i know many foreigners from australia, ireland etc... who come here for a vacation and plan their trip in such a way that they keep aside enough dates for the dentist. a relative in ireland said she would be able to take a plane here , go to the dentist and go back to her country and still find it cheaper including the travel expenses and its good too.
i know i didnt really answer ur question but im just trying to prove the point that if ur thinking of taking a tour to any country soon, check out the rates at the dentist and get ur teeth done.

I got mine at the dentist. The initial cost was $300, for the kit, but the refels of bleaching stuff is cheap. Maybe the bleaching kits at the drugstore are just as good. Just quessing tho

Rinse your mouth out at nights with Salty water. After a few days you should have nice white teeth.
Salty water destroys the bacteria that causes cavities. No need to buy expensive stuff.

Veneers and crowns could make your tooth rest room bowl white! replace: it particularly is unhappy to be certain dental professionals say "brush your tooth". they ought to know that tooth darken with age. in case you like your tooth rest room bowl white or perhaps refrigerator white, brushing won't do it. Bleaching will to 3 degree. yet for particular, veneers or crowns will. shame on whoever gave me a thumbs down. If i ought to discover you i might coach you the place you may placed that thumb!

Baisicaly drinking lots of milk and eating dairy products such as yoghurts make a difference. I never used to drink milk and now i have a glass every night it makes a difference. my teeth are much whiter. Also not eating sugary foods helps.
