Can someone get a ID card in someone else name. Basically meaning your picture and all their information on it. Is that possible?

Of course it is possible by forging it. You know that forgery is a crime. If you use the info without the person's consent, it can also be an identity theft.

Sadly yes it is possible! Make sure you keep up with your information. Treat is like your money! In my state we have the option NOT to put our social security numbers on our drivers license. I don't do this in case someone else gets it. If you know someone has done this to you. Take action quickly!

Yes it's possible but not as easy to get as in days gone by. All the ID's in the hands of the 911 terrorists made them harder to obtain.

Yes, if someone forged a really good copy of a birth certificate and a social security card, then yes they could.

yes it is, ist called going to the DMV with their birth certificate, I had friends back in the day do it...I don't know how idafe it is now post 9/11 to acutally do it, but people use to do it all the time.

I guess people still must do it, because how else would we still get illegal immigrants with ID's and SSCards..pffftt.

You have some smart people out their in criminal land...For that reason, make sure you check your credit ratings occasionally... Hopefully, they dont have your social security number WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE PUT OUT OVER THE PHONE...

yes allthey need is your birthcertifate,an address with your name on it then thats how they can do it-its called fraud
