Do all men cheat on there gf even if she has everything they ever wanted and treats them well and really loves them and thinks the world of them is that really not enough for you?

i have a great bf he makes me so happy and he thinks the world of me too but i keep thinking about this stupid stereo type and how common it is for a man to cheat and it makes me think im silly to think my bf wouldn't be doing it too, but he doesn't give me any reason not to trust him thats so weird!, tnx for all your answers wish i could give you all the best answers.

I feel the reason for men to cheat is also the same for women is that the cheater is needing something, and is lacking what they need. Love, Understanding, Trust, Committment, Sex, Fulfillment of ones self and the attention from another or could be a friend or complete stranger regardless it is exciting and some what dangerous but the outcome is that you feel

i guess everyone tapped on all the reasons: ego boosting, unhappiness, selfishness, genetic, nature, yadda yadda... and the communication between people...husband wife etc.. i tend to agree with them all, the communication thing however is not that simple...men are scared to communicate some women won't listen so it's not like people sit down and can really truly open up... i think cheating is a bandaid for some, but yeah, the communication would be ideal... but i know from listening to both men and women, by the time someone has cheated or considered it the female is so resentful, the male is too that it would be volatile.. so nothing gets resolved and then the issue is out in the open and it's frightening for everyone... -- not the cheating stuff, but the junk that leads up to it.. the detached male struggling all the damn time, the unhappy wife, no one is happy, and so cheating sometimes enters the relationship.. it 's not simple and i don't think male bashing is cool, cause i have seen and heard some pretty roaring bitches out there that care only about themselves.. doubt they would really want to hear a man has feelings--finally and needs some nurturing.. nope, she doesnt' wanna think her man is getting weak.... too much for everyone.

Well missy. . . the sad truth is that 99.9% of men have and will cheat. It doesn't matter who they are with. Even if the girl they are with has EVERYTHING. . . they will cheat. In clinical terms it is called the "Strange Puzzy Effect". Men love banging a new puzzy for the first few times. I've known men who have beautiful wifes or girlfriends with the best bodies imaginable. Yet. . . they have cheated with bowsers or fatties! It is simply the biological drive to tap into new and strange puzzy! ALso. . .. today's media and society in general have somewhat accepted cheating and sometimes even promote it. Television and the movies especially are guilty of this. Then throw into the mix the people who swing, wife swap, or have group sex and it's almost as if cheating is expected. Too many gray areas have been opened in our society yet for some reason we still hold on to some very old fashioned ideas and values. For example. . . . a woman might readily engage in a threesome with her husband and a friend yet would get upset if she found out her husband was looking at porn on the internet without her. In reality this doesn't make sense and to some extent by having the threesome she has accepted her husband banging other chicks. It is truly a gray area to say the least. For example. . . . a girl I was casually dating at college invited her sister to join us in a threesome a few times. . . . then however she got upset when I was kissing her sister during the bang session. . . she didn't care that she sat on my face or my magic wand. . . she just was upset that we were kissing. . . . kind of weird isn't it. She wasn't threatened by the physical contact between our joystick and velvet love box. . . but the possible emotional or mental connection when we were kissing bothered her tremendously. They ended up fighting over me and trying to be better than each other which resulted in some mind blowing earth moving blistering hot sex between the three of us!!! It was truly awesome on my end but I couldn't help but wonder how this could affect the two girls. . . . . Oh well. . . they are the ones who promoted it and coerced me so I felt no guilt at all. . . .just pure extacy!!!!

Not all men. But I see your point. I'm a guy and I feel a lot of my guy friends cheat even when they have great gfs.

Men and women just view it differently. I feel women make the mistake of assuming that the things you listed: "has everything they ever wanted", "treats them well", etc. is what men want/need. I tend to believe those are things women want from men so I can see how women think that's what men want.

Some do want those things but our esteem and confidence comes from the outside world not inside. We derive good feeling from respect of others (like a boss or colleagues) and most importantly other women. Nothing is more intoxicating that another women showing interest in us. We feed of it and need it.

Yes, you can give all those wonderful things, but the one thing you don't have is "other women". I don't understand why this is but I do know it.

This doesn't mean you should hate men or think they are bad. If you can understand them in the right light you can work with one better and keep one to yourself.

I can only speak from my experience, having never cheated on someone I love, but if he is really any type of a MAN, then no, he won't cheat. If he does, then he shouldn't be labled a man at all. A real man will treat a lady the way she treats him. If you treat him the way you say you do, then he should be treating you the same way or better.

The honest answer is no! I hope that you are not asking this question because your loved one has gone "astray", but you have to believe that not all men are ruled by their sexual organs! The mere fact that we see couples married for 40, 50, 60 years, people who have a strong faith in God, couples wanting to give their all to their loved one, shows that men can and do stay faithful to their girlfriend / wife. Don't be influenced by what you read in the celebrity sections of the newspapers and see in the soaps. Monogamy is still relevant in 2007!

No, I've never cheated on a girlfriend. Some guys just can't control themselves if given the opportunity. It sounds like a major problem, of course it depends on how long you've been together too and the seriousness.

no not all guys cheat. It is hard to explain but if you look there are a few that will not cheat ever no matter how badly you treat them. It is unfortunate but true the ones that cheat are the ones that you wanted not the ones that want you.

If the guy is cheating on someone like that, then its obvious the guy isn't getting everything. If he cheats, he is still looking for something. He might be bored with that person, getting everything, and not being told no.
