there is nothing "wrong" with it per say, it just lacks the levels of many nutrients that many other leafy vegetables have. for the most part the darker the leaf the more nutrients that the item possesses. iceburg is not very dark at all, so not many nutrients as compared to romaine, spinach, etc.

Iceberg lettuce is mainly just water. Compared with other lettuce and vegetables, it has very little nutrients. Good rule of thumb with veggies is darker or brighter the color, the better they are for you.

Yes, we should eat all kinds of vegetables. Iceberg lettuce is less good for you than darker, greener lettuces because it has less nutritional value but any kind of lettuce is good for you.

Iceburg lettuce is about 98% water with no real vitamin content. However, it is roughage, which is supposed to be good. It's not bad for you, though, so if you like it, eat it. Maybe to up the nutrition content, add in some spring greens and spinach.

It's roughage but doesn't have much nutritional benefit other than that. And no, not all veggies are good for you. Everything is good in small amounts but there are some veggies that are high in fat and cholesterol so you wouldn't want to eat them a lot. And some foods are neither good nor bad they are just fine to eat and won't hurt or benefit you except in flavor.

Iceburg is mostly water, not bad for you or anything but the greener your lettuce the more vitamins you'll get.
