You are operating under a misconception. God never gave man the "instinct" to commit sins. Man was created perfect in mind and body. When they used the free will they were given and chose to disobey God they introduced since and passed it on to their offspring. It's why the Apostle Paul says at Rom 5:12 that "through one man sin entered into the world and death through since and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." However, we are not without home. John 17:3 tells us that "this means everlasting life, there taking in knowledge of you the only true God and of the one whom you sent forth Jesus Christ." God has not created our condition. He has opened the way out of it.

It sounds like you really want to know. We are born into sin because of Adam and Eve. This is a real account. This was
in the garden when God gave man/woman free will to choose
to obey God or disobey. Remember free-will is the first gift
God gave every man. They failed the test and God knew this,
of course. Jesus Christ(who is God)came to free man from their sins so
He paid the price on the cross for every sin man has and will
commit. The issue now in the "church-age" is what do you think of Christ? Do you believe He is who He says He is.
The second person of the Trinity. This is what is called the
"Finished Work of Jesus Christ", He finished the work on the
cross and cried out in John 19:30, "It is finished". The payment for all sin, God the Father cannot look upon sin,
so Jesus became sin for all of us on the cross and He cried
out "my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?". Today,
we trust in Christ and of course we still sin, but this doesn't
keep you out of heaven. You are saved forever! He keeps
you in the palm of His hand. But when we do sin, we lose
our fellowship with him and our peace with Him. In 1 John 1:9
we are to confess our sins to Him each day or even each
moment when we realize we've sinned and we are back in
fellowship. Hope this helps. P.S.. God created you to worship and fellowship with Him and great rewards in heaven for eternity. He didn't leave you here helpless. You ask He
will answer. He is faithful. Many people are arrogant and don't want God and they will give you stupid answers.

All your answers are found in the Bible. Sin was not God's plan it was a consequence for the actions of Adam. God created us to worship Him that is why you exist. Read the Bible then find a Pastor that was called by God. Pastors are interpreters of God. They know the secrets of God, He speaks though them. Unless you believe, confess and repent you will not have eternal life.

According to my beliefs, you misunderstand what "sin" is. It's not an evil inclination, but missing the mark, trying to improve. When I know that I've sinned, I have a chance to try to atone for that sin, and to try not to continue the sin and/or try not to do it again, and thus, improve how I act.
Why are we here on earth? Well, having been to two funerals in two days, I have the answer: love.

Because sin causes harm, to us and others.
God loves you so much. Do not lose heart.
When God created the world he included spiritual laws. The greatest of these is that the "consequences of sin is death". The first man chose to sin, so God killed a lamb and shed it's blood in order to save the man and his wife. He then covered the nakedness of the man and his wife with the lamb's skin.
Sin came into the world because man chose it. In order to save mankind, who God loves, He sent his son, Jesus, to die as our final LAMB for all time. Jesus shed his blood to cover our sins as God covered the nakedness of the first man and his wife. If we ask it, God will save us too. Ask Him.
You (we all) are here to have fellowship with God. You are called to be His son, saved by Jesus' sacrifice. ask Him.
We will all die, but not all will see the throne of God. Seek Jesus and you will see His throne.

He allows it, that's why we are still here. He just don't like it. And He has given us a way out of sin. Think of it like this...A parent doesn't like when their child does something bad so they give them another chance. God doesn't hate us for sining, He hates the sin not the sinner. He's given us a way out, we just have to make the choice that we want it.

God is Holy. Sin is ugly. Basically, sin is anything that goes against the will of God.
Why would you ask why God doesn't allow murder, lying, rape, greed, gluttony, and all the things that we know are detrimental to life?
I think the answer is that God wants us to lean on Him and learn how to transform ourselves into something better. You can choose to wallow in the mirey clay or you can ascend to a higher state.

Perfection, ie living without sinning, is a goal to strive for. If God had created us without the ability to sin, there would be no growth potential...and that is what God wants from us....through our growth, we assist in completing the universe.

God "allows" sin in that we have free will but all sin takes us out of contact with God. Confession of sin clears us fro a renewed relationship with God.

Good question. Have you considered studying differing religions? They all approach this issue in a different way and you may find one that feels right to you.
Personally, I don't believe in any of them. There is no mystery to my existence. I am completely responsible for the way my life turns out and have the choice to be a good person or not. It is very liberating.
