when i boot up my pc it always comes up with these 3 error messages?

and below each message it says - default skin bitmaps not found; cannot start application.
can anyone help me figure out what the heck this is

it's an error from the software used by your hewlett packard printer, telling you some files have been deleted.

uninstall all your printer software and reinstall it to replace the missing files and make the error messages disappear.

If what PEEKAY doesn't work, do this.
Click on Start
Click on Run
type in MSCONFIG
Hit Enter.
Click on the StartUp Tab.
Uncheck EVERYTHING in there except for lines that reference your antivirus suite.
(this'll also make your machine boot MUCH faster as it won't load all that crap up every time you turn your pc on.)
Hit Apply and Ok.
Let it restart.
that should stop the HP software from running and thus you won't get the errors.

As a follow up, run CCleaner software (free) to remove all the Hewlett Packard software and startup references. Also, fix the registry clashes with this program. You can download it for free at http://www.ccleaner.com/download/
