1. cooked carrots
2, cooked cabbage
3. cooked broccli
4.cooked greenbeans
5 culiflower(cooked)

I would suggest a yougurt parfatti! It is yummy and healthy! Take a cup and fill the bottom of it up with fruits such as berrys or something along those lines, then fill the rest with yogurt of your prefrences! Then toss sum mixed nuts on top!

maybe crackers (non fat, low carb, low sodium, like wheat thins) - also carrot sticks / celery sticks with a light dressing if you need a dip, or unsalted peanuts are a good way to get some protein. try some grapes for variety, an orange will fill you up for awhile. looks like you're doing well, keep up the good work!

try celery with reduced fat peanut butter, fruits and veggies, egg whites, meal replacement bars, sugar free Popsicles and jello, or 100 calorie packs.
Also make sure you are getting enough protein throughout the day. Protein is important in building muscle and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn.
