The best christians tend to die the worst, why does our culture have the sincerity of the Christian life twisted?

Christians don't die they pass on.
When you say "our culture", what would "your" culture be? It is likely that which is twisted.
God never promised heaven on earth.

I'm not sure what you mean by "safe".
If you're referring to how people day, the odds of a violent death are the same for both Christians AND non-Christians.
What attracts ME to Jesus is that after I've done all I can to be the kind of person I know I ought to be, I find that it's not good enough. When I call on Jesus, HIS righteousness is attributed to ME!!! ("He became sin, who knew no sin, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him".)
And now, I can be a "good" person without trying to be perfect, because HIS perfection will mold me into His own image.

Is that true? I never heard that statistic about "the best christians that die worst" unless you mean during Roman times when Christiantiy was Illegal.

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
So, rain falls on everyone..the difference is..Jesus is our unbrella!

Jesus said from the beginning that life as a true Christian would be difficult due to persecution and other things. People who do not stick 100% to Christianity don't experience the same hardships because they seek a life of ease.

Well it depends on the type of person u are not the religion u are associalated with. It's the people not the religion they belong too thats important. I've met many nice safe polite christains who weren't hurt a fellow human or animal. As for flies there on there own.
