How do you get rid of run time error when using dial up connection on Windows Vista system?

Could you SS the error? I myself dont use vista because I dont like it all that much. I might update once they get the whole directx10 and such working...and making it run good with directx9 games. But for the error I would help if I saw it. Cant really say if I will beable to help but someone else might with it..

Get rid of dial up. is is to old and slow. you can get dsl for around $15 a month. cable and Fios is only about $30.
