I've gotten to hang out with this girl for sometime now and we've become pretty good friends. She's never dated anyone, she is of legal age, and she's not shy at all. I can't tell if she's just be friendly or if it's her lack of relationship xp. She has a lot of admirers but blows them off.
She cancels plans and asks me to hang out with her. When i visit her workplace and am about to leave, she makes a sad face. She asked for a piggy back ride the other day and i carried her to the otherside of the street. When she came over, i gave her a shoulder massage while she was checking her email.
She said that the reason she likes me is because she can talk and bother me i will probably never fall for her. Then she said she was unsure about that and that her charm might rub off on me.
Everyone thinks we're a couple because we hang out a lot and when asked if we are, she always says i'm too good for her.

she has on the other hand invited me to dinner and a movie. She has also rated me a 9 from a scale of 1-10 in hotness. In addition when i jokingly mentioned i would stretch my arms in theatres to make a move, she insisted she wanted to see it. When we went with a group of people on a seperate occasion, she insisted i sit next to her and that if i continued sitting in front of her i would block her view. We walk close together a lot and play weird games. She even took my phone, decorated, and put pix of herself making weird faces and kissing the screen. She played the piano while i was napping and then jumped on me after. I didn't talk to her for a while then she messeged me and asked me why a guy would not ask her out? I think she was speaking in general terms, but i found that random.
Her statement about never falling for her has thrown me off... what do you think? Could this all just be a friendship? Or is she setting me up and planning to crush me.

Gosh you're blind. This girl likes you and wants you to ask her out. Its obvious. You should go for it. It seems like she will treat you well since she considered you too good for her, she will always cherish that

The real question to ask yourself is: How do you feel about her? Do you want a relationship with her? As much as they hate to admit it, girls are just as big at being "players" as guys are. If you truly want a relationship with her, stop her one day and explain your situation. Ask her for a no BS type of answer. If she gives the same "beat around the bush answer" (a.k.a. You are too good for me), you are probably being played.

I don't think you're being played. I think that she really likes you but is being protective over herself because she might not know how you feel. Maybe you should sit her down and have a talk and discuss how the both of you feel. I know it sounds cliche but it does help to see where each of you stand.

No, I dont think that she is going to play you. I think that she really genually likes you, she might actually think that you are better then her or she may just be saying that to make you say something like, no im not I would go steddy with you if I had a chance. Of course not!!! Obviously she likes you a lot and shes trying to show you in a way without moving too fast. I've been in this exact situation and I felt this way too. Just discuss it with her and hopefully something good will come out of it.

I think she really likes you a lot..but she might be afraid you dont feel the same so she is protecting herself a bit. Just go ahead and kiss her or something. She might be thinking your gay if you havent tried anything. Good luck!!

The chick likes you. But if you like the way that your relationship is... dont have any "talks" just enjoy your time. If you are looking for something binding then I guess have ur little talk.

She really likes you and she feels comfortable with you. She properly thinks you do not like her just ask her if she likes you that way she will tell you.
