Creating poster with quote?

There is this quote I love, but there is no poster of it anywhere. Is there some way I could provide a place like Kinkos with a 5 megapixel pic of a sunrise I have on my camera that they could expand and imprint my quote on it? Do you know if that is possible? Or maybe they already have some posters of sunrises and they could imprint the quote on one of those 'sunrise templates'? Does anyone know what places can perform such a service?

Staples does things like this, as would the photo department in Wal*Mart, or your local photography printing/repair store.
