Being a geologists, I wish people would stop referring to political things as the "EARTH." I wonder if it has origins in pagan religion. The earth will be just fine. The creatures or the earth and our place on it are another matter but that is a mere pimple on the surface. The earth will move on with or without us.

Find cure for fatal viruses and diseases like aids, H5N1 and cancer.
Get US to sign the damn kyoto agreement. Our ice caps are melting and polar bears are drowning for everyone's sake.
Stop being so greedy and selfish and fast forward just learn to lean back, be good and enjoy life!
