i was at a party last week and I met this really sweet cute guy and then is saturday I saw him again. I talked with him a bit and my friend said he was looking at me alot. I was saddened to hear that he has a gf. Well anyways we both were sittingon a couch and was yawning and he said whats wrong and i said im tired and i needed something to rest my head on so he said well y dont u so i said ok. I didnt wanna b forward so i went on the other side of the couch to rest my head and he said or you could just put it here and gestured to his shoulder so i said ok. As my head was on his shoulder he layed his head on mine and would smell my hair. he also touched my arms a few times and it was really sweet. Even when he had to get up he would some back so i cold use him as my pillow. He eventually had to leave and we hugged and said hed b at the house next week and so hopefully i see him again.....anyways does anyone think he might be interested or attracted to me or was he just being nice?

It means he has a girlfriend and is looking to cheat on her (if he isn't already cheating on her with somebody else). If you consider that a compliment, that's fine, but I sure as hell wouldn't.
It also means that if you ever become his girlfriend and he goes to parties without you, you'll have to worry about him sniffing other womens' hair (figuratively speaking). Does that sound like fun to you?

Yes, he is interested. Whether its in you or sex, not sure. Not much of a guy as he has a girlfriend. His behavior was inappropriate. If that's the type you want, well, . . . . don't expect much from the relationship.
