Are you asking if someone can't see or hear sin, it doesn't exist? If a tree falls in the woods, and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound??

They can if they want to. Helen Keller was both and learned to read, talk and give speeches. Deaf and blind doesn't mean retarded.

You can be blind, deaf and mute but the Bible even takes this into account.

Sin does not happen because we see or hear- it happens because our hearts are deceitful. Every person sins- that is why God sent Jesus to save the WHOLE world.
