I had not heard of this multi pilot rating. Went to the net and it seems to be British, what little I could find. If you're in the Philippines, it shouldn't have anything to do with you, anyway. It doesn't seem to have any advantage for you, based on what you are saying. Not to accuse anyone of anything, but it would have me looking for a scam of some sort. Multi Pilot? Why not just stay with the tried and true American system. If you work at it, you'll have your ATP and first officer job well before 5 years.

If this is the same thing I read about recently, it is a certificate that only allows you to fly with another crew member.
You can't fly single pilot in anything.
It is a quick way to the right seat, but that is about it.
