Possibly poison ivy or oak? Or maybe a reaction to a bug bite... but you can start with a paste of baking soda and water. This may help relieve any itching or swelling, and no matter WHAT it is, it won't HURT it. If that doesn't help, try Benedryl cream.. it's super for itchy rashes of unexplained origin! :) If is doesn't clear up in a few days, you might want to see your doc!

I suggest that you have a Dr. take a look at that rash because I've had that experience and I tried to heal myself and made it spread. Best Wishes

Daub a little Clorox bleach on it. If its poison Ivy or Oak that will get rid of it pronto.

I used to have excema there. I think it was caused by exposing my hands to chemicals such as used motor oil, solvents, etc.

I would try either hydrocortisone cream of aloe.
