Please can someone help me out on what to do for my biology coursework (A level) analysis on bacteria in fresh milk and stale milk. I am stuck. We need to do a table, bar chart, source of error, what i could have done better e.t.c Any Help will be appreciated thanx y'all

Use the standard plate count to determine the bacteria count in each of your milk samples. The link below will show you how. If you need to make tables, bar charts and estimates of error, you will have to split up your samples and run at least three replications of each sample to do a statistical analysis to get the error estimate. You could repeat your test over time that the milk has set out of refrigeration, or something like it, to add some new twist to your experiment.

I think you posted this in the wrong category, this is botany, as in plants. Maybe this question needs to be in biology?
