Why? do you have any idea what that would do to the performance of your table how would it get wet hope you dont have it outside or that you of your freinds arnt that messy
anybody spills drinks on one of my tables it gets recoverd and they pay or get barred i have a sign that says NO A--S GLASSES OR ASHES ON POOL TABLES
but no i dont know how

There's some waterproofing spray available in most shoes department. They are popular to meshed rubber shoes. An even spray of the whole area will do the job. You'll be surprised!

Just cover the top of the pool table so it wont get wet

The higher quality cloths like Simonis and Brunswick Centennial are actually quite water resistant. Liquids will usually bead up when spilled on this kind of cloth. If it happens, just be sure to quickly dab up the liquid and you should be okay. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
