You can defrost anything in the microwave. I can't guarantee that it's going to taste great though. Keep a close eye on it, as microwaves have a tendency to cook the edges of meat while on defrost which makes it tough.

I'm late, but the best way to unthaw fish is to make sure it's an a water-tight back and put the bag with the fish in a sink with tepid water. The fish will be thawed without the risk of cooking in under 10 minutes.

I personally would thaw it out in a bowl of water with a little lemon juice in it. It doesn't take long and you won't run the risk of precooking your fish like in a microwave. The lemon juice pulls any fishy taste from the cod.

i became a shy pupil and my self-respect became maximum important for me :P so on each occasion i used to work out that instructor is watching my ans sheet i used to three TREMBLE WITH worry... **** in my pants!!! if she used to make a face expression i became like oh god am ****** up now! :PP
