Payday loans are costly and can cause more problems than they can help. I have applied with companies such as citi, wells fargo, am gen. all say no. I know it will be high interest. I have an auto loan with citi. and 4 credit cards. one with over 2 years pay history all good. another with 14 months and the rest with less than 5 months. yet my score keeps dropping. one account from 9 years ago did become a judgement recently, this affected my score but why would it keep someone from giveing me credit when every thing else is good. and my dept to income is low.

Call the credit card companies that you are in good standing with, and see if they will send you convenience checks at low interest. make sure you have the room available on your credit card for what you want to spend.

Another option is www.CashCall.com

Yes there are loans available for people that have low credit scores. Since you have alot of new accounts, and the accounts you had in the past were not the best- most lenders would go off the longest opened accounts. You can start to increase your credit score by paying more than the minimum payment on your statements each month. Do this for at least 6 months and you should start to see a decent sized increase in your credit score, plus you will be on your way to getting out of debt. You will see the most difference in your credit score if you keep your balance on your cards at about 30% of the credit limit.
