there is this lady i met at a grocery store, and that is where it started, i have taken her about 3 times, nothin serious, but the last time we were supposed to go out she invited her friend, and when i saw her friend i was astonished cos she is the definition of FINE, and now i know that want to ask her friend out, i am not feeling the girl i originally started gong out with, never really, and we have only be going out 4 about 3 wks, but her friend just does it, and i know definitely that i want her, and these two girls have been friends since middle school (both 23 now),
k, when i first post this question, i got a lot of criticisms, we havent kissed or had sex yet, and we r only going out as friends, but my first intention wz maybe somethin more, but wen i got 2 know her, i just didnt feel it, does that make me a bad person just boc i'm not attracted to someone but her friend, i really am a good guy, seriously.

This is tricky. It all depends on how the first girl really feels about you at this point. If she thinks only of you as a friend then I would ask her how she feels about you asking the other girl out. Otherwise, I would stop seeing her and wait a while. By asking her friend you risk breaking up their friendship and could hurt you in the end.

ooo, dicey waters you got yourself in there, bud.
A good general rule of thumb is don't date your girl's friend, no matter how casual it's been up to that point. But girls can also surprise you, and they really like honesty. If you're not feelin it with grocery girl, I'd talk to her and let her know--girls don't like to be led on, and it's best to get it out there before you've really established anything. If you feel that she'd be OK with it, ask her if it'd be ok with her if you date her friend. If you don't, I'd move on entirely. Since they've been friends for so long, there is NO WAY you'll be able to see her friend without her knowing, so it's best to be up front about it. She may even be relieved...maybe she wasn't feeling anything more that casual friendship with you either and didn't know how to say it, and she may become your best ally for hooking you and the other girl up. (of course she could go the other way and burn you in effigy--as I said, girls can surprise you...)

There is nothing wrong with you finding her friend attractive. The problem is TRUE friends are loyal to each other. If these girls have been friends since middle school then chances are the friend won't date you. I don't think you should persue anything. If you are no longer interested in the original girl then stop dating her.

Dude...you simply cannot break up a friendship like that! On a sidebar: I understand we live in a "Text Message" world, but in a forum like this, you have plenty of space to write out the word "was" instead of "wz" among others.

wow messed up and i say wenu go on a date w/someoneyou don't bring along a friend so really her loss you go for her friend and just to let you know- warn you there is going to be a cat fight there girls not like there's anything wrong w/ that cause i'[m one but still there is gong to be somthing that comes up and my advice try to stay out of it. i say you get to know the girl and see if she's the type of girl that you would want to date for awhile but make sure that you are over with ur girl and just if your asked then say your just movin around and seeing who you like and who you don't..... look to be honest by asking that another girl out you will not only ruin their friendship but also break the girls heart
so my true advice to you is that if you are not happy with your date stop the relationship now and wait for someone else
i know it will hurt you but i think you will forget it in a few days
so dont just think about yourself

I think you should be honest as things are so new and ask her to be your friend
Then ask her if shed mind if you took her friend out as you felt you had loads in common with her

Just tell her how u feel before something happens wif you and that girl and theen she May UNDERSTAND AND LET YOU TO TOGETHER and she can find another guy dnt let her stay wif you more she will like u more
