The key word there is "easily", in which case the answer is no, because (as the others have mentioned) the intestines are very durable due to the many layers of muscle and such. You might think about introducing some minor element of alteration if you're intent on being realistic about it -- maybe a small instrument to help tear the intestine, or maybe involve the character's teeth as well?

To write the best realism in a story, you have to try the objective yourself, not risking your life of course. But the animal gut ripping theory with bare hands is nearly impossible because of the fatty tissue surrounding the intestines and the shredding of the animal skin to get to the guts has not been addressed.

You can very easily tear the mesentery (membranous attachments) that hold them together; but the intestines themselves don't tear all that easily, unless you can first pierce the wall, which is hard to do bare-handed (not impossible). The stomach or cecum would be easier to do this with than the regular intestines.

Nope. They would be hard to just pull apart. Plus they are slimy (with blood and ick) so you can't really get a good grip on them. But they can be cut with a sharp knife without much trouble.
