I'm only a teen, and my parents don't buy much of anything else. I don't want to stress them out, we don't have much money right now. And
Yes I am trying to lose weight. Not to much, just like 15 lbs.

No since your body would need substantial amount of different food. You could live with it yeah but your body may get tired of the same foods. So a change of foods in needed every once and a while. There are plenty of other dietary meals out there to choose from. such as fish, turkey, steamed vegetables and etc.

You should have a balanced diet with all the food groups. Too much of anything is bad for you and so is too little. Anything is good for you within the right amounts. But if you eat that everyday you're body would not be getting the essiential vitamins it needs. So yes, that would be fine for one day but not for every day. Try to eat more of a variation of foods so your body gets all the nutrients it needs.

Not enough lean protein. Way short on your 6-9 servings of fruits & vegetables. Unless your pasta/rice is whole grain, too much starch and simplex carbs.

Also, that's only about 800-950 calories per day (depending on serving size), which is way too little food.

I would suggest you visit with a nutritionist to learn how and what to eat. It will serve you well over your lifetime.

It's not good to eat the same thing every day because you miss out on some vitamins from different foods.

Make sure you are eating a variety of fruits and veggies. Salads and steamed veggies are good. Spinach is great too.

It's never good to eat the same thing every day but you're on the right track. Your diet should be based on a three day cycle. Don't forget beans and greens.

Uh...I am counting about 1000 calories give or take...you should probably have another snack/meal in there. Also take a multivitamin when you're eatting like this because you can't get everything when you're not eatting much.

Too much of anything is bad. But I think that is kind of balanced. I guess it's okay. You may want to consult you're doctor or bodybuilders.com (forums) .. even if you're not remotely interested in bodybuilding. There's many diet geeks in there.
