There isn't one...because the axle must be able to move up and down...anything that is hooked from the bumper to the axle will restrict it. We own 5 jeeps in our family, I have a rubicon and am rebuilding a 94 YJ right now and putting in
every skid I can find. You CAN get differential cover skid, control arm skids, oilpan/transfer case skids, but except for the extreme offroad 'sliders' that go from the front of the jeep down under it for sliding on rocks (but not bolted to the axle) there is nothing that will bolt from the bumper/frame to the axle. Do that and you lock it in position.
So I think what you might be thinking of is called a 'SLIDER'. My son has built up a 95 Cherokee to a 'monster jeep' with 6" lift, and if there was such a skid plate, it would be there!

I'm on the Quadratec site right now. Under TJ skidplates and guards you'll find:

Radiator guard
Steering box skid plate
Tie rod skid plate
Engine skid plate
Oil pan glider
Differential guard, skidplate and glider
Fuel tank skid plate.
Tomken undercarriage skid plate
U-bolt skid plates
Body mount guards
Rear axle gliders

I didn't find anything that fit your description. Sorry.

Go to makeitmopar.com and search for the stock part. You may be talking about a front skid plate that people usually fab themselves or have someone make...angled to match your vehicle's degree of approach and covers the front differential? Hard to tell what you're talking about.

a extra present day one I assume, with a plastic trim bumper. If the broker did no longer connect the bracket, you will possibly be able to might desire to get one. look on the bumper heavily, there might desire to be 2 small holes someplace alongside it, many times interior the middle or on the drivers area. The holes might properly be lined with 2 little plastic plugs, yet they are going to be an identical distance aside as those holes interior the registration type plate. each so often you may connect the plate immediately, in case you get the stunning length screws, yet you will get a mounting bracket at any VW broker, each so often from an vehicle areas save too...

Skid plate, oil pan protector, underbody armour, skid plate, sump protector...there's lots of terms for this part. Every company seems to have its own terminology.
