Cause this coward who legally can carry a gun off duty felt like a big bad man beating a woman!! Luckily he was caught on video so there is no way he can deny what he did. Hope he gets sent to jail (throw his @ss in general population and not in protective custody) and see how bad of a man he is with other inmates.

Jerks can be found in every size,color,religion or profession. I don't assume every school teacher is going to sleep with their students because some do and I wouldn't assume that all cops beat people up because some do. So don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch. Really would you have asked the question why would a guy beat up a female bartender? The answer to that question is he is a jerk. Yes, cops should set an example but they are people too and they are as prone to screw ups and personal problems as the rest of us.

How about this the cop, who is only human,unlike many of you has a drinking problem and needs help. That is no excuse for his behavior, but I am sure that many of you as a matter of fact 45% of the adult population in this country have a drinking problem, you all might not jump so fast to hang him. He needs help and he needs to be separated from law enforcement for a while.
