If you're worried that this is up there without her knowledge, well, that's a risk she took when she allowed herself to be filmed. If it appears she didn't know she was filmed, it's still a risk she took in sleeping with this person.
You can, of course, divulge it to her, in a respectful manner that tells her you're just looking out for her and wanted her to know, but then you may have to deal with the repercussions at work, which may not be good.
