i have had at least 20 spinal injections for 2 herniated disc's,while waiting for 2 surgery's this past year. i was told they do help some people and some people they don't. i got little to no relief from them. the little relief lasted around 10 day's. i was told that therapy would never work,so i haven't had that. i have one of the most noted and highly recommended spine specialist's in the SEATTLE,Wa area.

Just a suggestion, but my mom had three back surgeries and swore that she would never have another surgery. She started going to a chiropractor 25 years ago when her back started hurting her. She only visits him when her back hurts. He has worked miracles for her. You might consider! Take care!
