The last two times I had conversations with this 'girl friend' of mine, I told her I loved my boyfriend and wasn't looking to meet anyone else.

I'd dated this man for about 6 months, two weeks after we broke up, they're 'dating'.

IS there an unwritten rule?

If you and the guy are no longer together, then he's up for grabs. However, a true friend would not want to date her friend's ex, especially so soon after the breakup. What was going on between them all along....waiting for the two of you to break up? Did she secretly contribute to it? Was there a relationship between them that you weren't aware of? Try to stay cool but watch your back with this "friend" and don't tell her your business because she might use it against you in the future.

There is a thing called respect an boundaries. She does not have 2 date your ex, there r more men out there. The reason why it is not ok is because u confide n her and u guys suppose 2 b close- no man should b able 2 come n-between your friendship. She knew it would hurt u 2 date him but she done it anyway. Be careful of your friends. (suppose 2 b)She should atleast be honest and say she wanted your man the whole time.

Well once a man has broken up with his gf, him and her or on the open market and they can go out with anybody. Getting mad because a gf or a bf friend is going with my ex is childish. Just move on and enjoy life and remember why you broke up with him. ANd it will happen over and over again. So be happy and don't worry about who goes out with your ex's.

yep. same goes with guys.

she knows that sh!t she's just a dirty dirty gurl. give'r some Orbitz gum.

basically she knows that your man(s) are on the rebound who better to talk to than their ex's friends? plus she knows that if you like them they're probably her type and it's easy for her to slip in b/c you blabber your mouth to much to her and she knows what he likes. and on top of that she probably got some that night.

hate to say it but you need a new friend. like me i don't date guys just girls so we can laugh at your ex's instead of stealing them. :D
