Actaully sorry I meant kilt and directing this to all the women who are commin in ready to report this for sexisim, perversion, abuse of women, onjectifying women and sexaul offence.

Ie ladies would you look up a scotsmans kilt to see if traditional style and check out his manhood.

And if so why do girls get upset when I guy does it for fun and to check out the girl?

Also is it not hypocritical to want guys arrested, put on sexaul offences lists, abused, deemed pervey etc etc...

When he would just be thinking nice butt nor a naughty peak (not talking staring deliberately more the opportunity arose and did not look away).

If you and girl mates would do exactly the same and consider it fun, funny or naughty but nice?

Ie double standards

likewise when guys check out boobs or tight top or cleavage.

No not on drugs... saw a similar post so thought...

why not reverse this on the girls to get some thinking going on how guys and girls behavour is seen as different and how somethings are not as bad as made out when applied to both

*/**************

Why asking this... well its the same as guys being attracted to boobs...

saying these kind of antics are pretty normal for both sexes and it should be fine as long as nobody does it too blatenly to make the viewee uncomfortable.

But its the hypocritcval element I dont like as nomally you get these gilrs condeming guys as perves, violating innocent ladies etc etc.

when they do exactly the same thing and think its fun

I would certainly have a look especially if he was good looking - hey i have no objections to a guy looking up my skirt when I am walking upstairs if I did I wouldn't wear one - the same for for cleavage - if you don't want it looked at put them away!!

I do have a problem though with men who think they can touch or grab just because of what you are wearing - there is a difference to looking and touching and also asking permission!!

I was at a wedding of 200 people and the majority of the men were in kilts, I dont think I even thought to look up any of them.

And if I was curious if they were following tradition I would ask. The problem is, most Scottish men would show you.

And I am sure there are many men out there that wouldnt want you looking up to check out their man hood, just like there are prolly girls out there that dont mind you looking up their skirt.

Girls at get upset at the UNWANTED of looking up their skirt, and feel violated. And some men would too.

Well I think that men who wear kilts don't wear any underwear either do they? I'm not a pervert and married, but to be honest YES I'd take a real long look, and as far as men looking up ladies dresses / skits, Its just looking, but when the one looking makes rude sounds gestures then its wrong. were all human right, last I checked

it depends on who she was and how cute

its normal to look at females and think, nice butt, often people might catch you thinking that, often they like it

its rude to be too obvious about it, also rude to comment in any way, especially if she is young, ok to think it though

also, I know I do have that "upskirt" fetish, I know it from looking at porn, thats where its ok to just stare, then its there to look at for that purpose

I'm not even sure what is so exciting about it, have considered why isn't a bathing suit sexier, its showing more?
SOmething about the tease of partly exposed, underwear or whatever, brains are weird, sex is weird.

Why not enjoy the simple pleasures of it anyway?

Just don't be rude and don't hurt anyone. And find people who are your age.

Some skirts are so short you cannot help seeing. All you do see is a pair of pants or tights so there is no real magic in it.

I would not look , i think male genitalia is the ugliest things around. BUT, i would ask him directly if he was wearing anything underneath that skirt.
