It just takes a little time, or steroids.

When I started working out (and this was a long time ago) I knew that I couldn't get instant results. What you're looking for can be achieved only by taking steroids, and i wouldn't recommend that. You'll see very soon that your biceps are more tense and firm, though you won't see the definition. You'll have to work triceps a lot longer to see any results, because you don't use triceps very much in everyday life and that's why it would take harder and longer work on them. I don't want to scare ou, but I still need to get that definition (after year and a half, but it has to do with the fact that I'm a girl and we need more time), though my arms look almost the way I want them. Don't forget that you have to do cardio as well in order for your arm fat to disappear and then you'll be able to have nicely defined arms. I don't know if you want to have bulky arms or just nice and defined arms. So, that's it from my point of view.

It could be that you are not exercising your arm correctly. Other possiblities are you are not giving yourself enough time to recover, or you are exercising your arm inconsistently. For example, you may train your arm alot for about 3 days and then not train it again for about a week. Good diet will help. If its none of these, sorry i don`t know.

if you want to increase your bench press amount you have to work Out to get ur muscles pumped anf the (full) feeling and then go back to it again......lift like 135 10x and curl the bar 20times.............wait 10-30mins bench press almost your max like 5times 10mins later go beyond your max.....
to keep raising your max you have to lift heavy/heavier to get heavy.... everytime

your not doing enough you need to do twice as much as your lifting....or use more weight towards the end of your workout...............drink ATLEAST 2quarts of milk everyday minimum.....and i promise you'll feel improvment as well as a little muscle gain... you need to work until u cant lift a pencil do everykind of lift there is... and make up some of your own you will get stronger and people will notice you definitely in a month

um how old are you?
1-it takes more than a couple of weeks
2-let me guess your doing curls?....try chin ups and dips
train the tricep more than the bicep....its 3 times the size of your bicep so it will make your arm look much bigger
