try jogging and the best diet is no sweets.and 100 situps a day (like everytime u have a spare min do a few situps)
try it!

there is no short cuts.... lift weights.. and work out.. anyone that tells you to diet is just WRONG.... the body needs to eat.. and it needs certain types of foods... most diets rob the body of the things it needs... so the body destroys Muscle to get those things... which means it is hard for you to lose weight as time goes on.... remember this.. 1 lb of muscle eats 50 calories while you sleep... 1 lbs of Fat eats 1 calorie... Muscle is the key.. you dont have to look like a freak.. you just need to add a little muscle.... join a gym...get tone and youll be soooo much happier with the way you look.. also you will feel so good you wont ever want to stop...

My mom constantly says Im fat & obese (Im 21 & weight just under 50kg which is actually underweight for my age & height by a little bit) the best way that i have found for me is the only frink liquids,yes i do tend to sometimes get hungry but drink water & whatever else you like to drink. Its working for me & i only started about a week ago & people are noticing.

Try your hand at fibre rich foods.Excercise,it really works.Try to exercise for atleast 1/2 an hour daily and gradually increase the time.Dont diet as it will make u crave for more.Increase protein intake and limit carbs.
