"Task Manager has been dissabled by your Administrator" is flashed on my screen. same message is comming even i try for 'regedit' also. how to enable the 'Task Manager' again.

hello buddy its by virus

i too had same problem

if u dont belive it virus check in c: a new exe files comes which is not going to delete how much you try

it will be better u format u system

I just fixed this myself...It was a corrupt admin file.
I don't remember the steps exactly but Microsoft has a knowledge base on it.
Something like creating a new profile that has admin access and then replace the "bad profile" with the newly created files in My Documents and Settings.

it may disable in ur services, go to control panel, and administration, and serices, to enable the task manager .exe, that will do it

it is probably a virus
or your windows became old
you know with time it gets harmfull files and so
scan or restore your system
you may use backup or goust copy if you have one
