My boyfriend called me today after two months with no contact.

Two months ago, he told me he needed to work out his feelings so I gave him enough time before I tried to contact him, but he gave me the slient treatment and totally ignored me for 2 months.

I thought it was over and was trying my best to move on. But today he called and asked me if I was doing ok. He said he had been missing me and is still in love with me. He just took the time and did a lot of thinking.

I know people need their time and space but 2 months is way too long.

Should I try to work things out with him or should I leave him considering how he treated me in the past 2 months? I was absolutely distressed.

There's more to the story that you don't know about. Sounds to me like there was someone else in the picture and it didn't work out with her so that's why he's running back to you. You should tell him that based off of the way he ignored you for two months "supposedly" thinking over things you had a lot of time to think too and you've come to the conclusion that you don't need to be with a person who can disappear from your life for two months without a care or concern about your feelings. If he did it once, he'll do it again. I'm sure of you dig a little deeper you will discover the real reason behind all of this.

Two months is EXCESSIVELY long. I think most relationships in high school don't last that long. He shouldn't have any expectations that you're still available. If you value your pride, move on. This guy can't make up his mind about how he feels. Either that, or he's playing you. Find someone who WANTS to spend time with you! :)

hmm, if that happened to me, I would be hurt. I know the time it takes to heal a broken heart and I'm sure yours is healed? Forget about him, the way he did you. Anything could have happened in 2 months(life, death, marriage, anything). He is so self absorbed.

2 months with no contact?? You should of hung up the phone the minute you heard his voice. What does he think is so great about himself that you should wait around for him?

Move on. This guy has some deep personal issues. Not only that, I bet he called you because he had no other woman to get sex off of!
