You open all 3 links of one of the pieces attach the other pieces and then close the 3 links so 3 of the sections stay whole and one is split to join the others in one big circle. 3 wishes to open and 3 wishes to close.

the opening of end link in the first loop cost one wish and by closing it cost another wish .so opening of other is not needed...... similarly the loops are also attached 000 000 000 0000............. 000-( here u use 2 wishes)000-(2 wish)000-(2 wish)000. totally 6 wishes are used to get the infinite wishes
