Calcium is 7.8L and Albumin 1.8L what is formula for adjustment of calcium. thanks in advance.

You can assume that the calcium will decrease 0.8 mg/dl for every 1 g/dl drop in albumin. So if you have a 1.7 drop in albumin (normal > 3.5g/dl), your adjusted total calcium level is 9.16 mg/dl (7.8 + 1.36).
