Only if he or she converts to Christianity. John 1:10-13 explains that not all human beings (both Jew and Gentile) are considered God's children:

10 He [Jesus] was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

The only way to be a child of God is to be spiritually reborn, through belief in God's only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Anyone who refuses to acknowledge the Son, as Muslims do, will not have the Father. It's interesting to note that many Muslims are converting to Christianity in these last days. Obviously, the Holy Spirit is doing a great work among them. Read prophesies such as Isaiah 19 and you'll see that God is very concerned with the Muslims. Although He will punish any country that mistreats the Jews, He has proclaimed from the beginning that it's His desire to ultimately save many of them.

The quotes you've given all pertain to believers, not to the entirety of humanity. You must place these quotations into context.

Does this question even make sense to a Muslim?

I don't know myself, but the "(SWT)" that they write after "God" seems to imply that the very concept of "son of God" is incoherent to them.

No. The promise is in the bible not the koran. Christains are sons of God and Jesus is the Son of God.

We're all children of God. Even the atheists.

He is clarifying that his Father is also our Father...

I don't see what the muslim question has to do with anything.
