Aural pertains to sound or the ears. Ocular pertains to the eyes. They usually say Intra insted of intro, so intraaural means in the ears, intraocular means in the eyes. Maybe it pertained to medicine put in the eyes or ears.

intro aural means "inside of the ears". Into ocular means "inside of the eyes".
