use few drops of colin and wipe with soft cotton cloth.

I would clean the glass on the scanner the same way I would clean a laptops screen...use a very fine clean cloth like a microfiber that has been lightly dampened with warm water and then use the same type cloth to dry it with!

i ust use windex but eye glases cleaner and a glases cloth would probable be the safest
