2.In insert option click "worksheet".
3.After inserting the sheet, rightclick on the sheetname (which is right at the bottom) and click on the option of rename.

Go to Insert in the menu, then Worksheet. It adds a new sheet for you. Then to rename it, right click on the sheet name and hit rename.

At the top of your computer window:

Insert | New Worksheet.

It will give it a number as a name. You can change it to what you want by right clicking on the tab at the bottom and selecting "rename".

You can also move it left or right to where you want it among your pages by left clicking the tab and dragging it where you want.

FWIW.

Yeah.... I'm afraid you're just going to have to insert new and overtype.

If you wanted to use a macro consider having your customers on the same worksheet

Can you not just do it manually? Overtype the name on each one.
