I have a six year old female boxer. She is becoming very aggressive towards strangers. She goes nuts if she is outside and some one else is on the other side of the fence. She is okay with people she knows just hyper and wanting attention. But she is starting to scare me with neighborhood kids and my son's friends. I don't know what to do about it but I am afraid she is going to bite someone. She nipped my cousin yesterterday and he bled.

She is already spayed. It is hard to let her sniff your hand when she won't let you in the door.

Your dog needs to be on a leash and she needs to have a muzzle. If she has already bitten someone this is crucial. You are responsible for her and if she goes after someone else, the lawsuit will be expensive.

Boxers tend to be a little snappy and territorial. The thing is you have to make sure she has a mussel this will stop her nipping people. Make sure she has the chance to have a little sniff of their hands before they attempt t stroke her. You can by something that you attach to her collar that spray a nasty (but harmless) smelling mist into the air that should stop her barking

You may have to look into getting her spaded in the most extreme case. Other alternatives could include more social interactions, like an obedience school perhaps...
The more exposure she has to people she doesn't know, the more relaxed she will be. Of course, due to her temperment you're going to have to do this in a highly controlled manner in case things get out of hand (i.e. a muzzle, or choke collar).
